Heat treatment – DLRR155

Heat treatment

Heat treatment of steels and alloys is an important intermediate or final operation in the production of parts made of ferrous metals and non-ferrous alloys. Heat treatment is used to improve the machinability, hardness and mechanical properties of parts. Our technologists will select the optimal heat treatment regimes depending on the material grade, quantity and required parameters of the part.

We use the following heat treatment techniques:

Surface hardening

HFI diameter up to 120 mm, height up to 500 mm

Cementation

d=600 mm, h= 1200 mm

Hardening and tempering carbon steels

d=1000 mm, h= 1500 mm

Hardening and tempering of carbon high-alloy steels without protective environment

(t°=1050°C) d=600 mm, h= 1000 mm
