Heat treatment
Heat treatment involves the use of heating or chilling, normally to extreme temperatures, to achieve a desired result such as hardening or softening of a material.
We use the following heat treatment techniques:
- Surface treatment with high frequency current. Spare part diameter up to 120 mm, hеight up to 500 mm;
- Carbonization b=600 mm, h= 1200 mm;
- Hardening and tempering carbon steels b=1000 mm, h= 1500 mm
- Hardening and tempering carbon high-alloy steels without protective environment (t°=1250°C) b=600 mm, h= 1000 mm.
